The Greener side of things.

At The Queen and Albert we take pride in the fact we are a green B&B (even though the storefront is painted in blue).

Recycle, Reduce and Re-use. At The Queen and Albert we do our part to help make this a better planet.

The Queen and Albert participates in the City of Stratford's recycling program. Each room has a blue box for all standard recycling items.

We have energy saving light fixtures in certain areas and are diligent about conserving energy. We kindly ask you for your part by turning the lights off when you leave your room.

Our bathrooms are equipped water saving plumbing. We request that our guests put their dirty towels in the bathtub and they will be exchanged for fresh towels. Our cleaning materials are based on the eco friendly as much as possible.

Our garden is pesticide free and yes we have what some consider a heritage lawn, natural, with weeds. We do admit to picking some weeds out of the lawn though.
